Shock

Even the most sweet and beloved of pets can be a bit disturbing when you wake up to this sight.

I swear I think she must have been sniffing my fricken eyelids at the exact time I woke up this morning.

I never realized how much like a tiger the average house cat can appear. I think I lost 5 years off my life.

Stupid Cat!

  • Try waking up to a pug staring at you. Not doing anything, just sitting and staring.

I swear, she looked like she was wondering how I would taste with some Fava beans and a nice Chiante.

  • OMG, my cat does the same thing to me. That and he will just stare all around us as if following something with his eyes that only he can see. I think he does it on purpose.

  • The youngest of my two cats over the past few months, has developed a sudden attraction to my hair. She sits on top of the backrest of my couch, nestles her face in my hair and happily falls asleep. Must be the new shampoo, which to the best of my knowledge doesn't smell of sardines or catnip. When it comes to waking me up in the morning, if she feels I have slept too long (doesn't she realise I don't have to work today?) she walks back and forth across my pillow. Trapping strands of hair beneath her paws as she passes, and essentially torturing me awake with some kind of feline hair torture.

  • Try waking up to the other end of a Chihuahua!
